Sale :
The sale is held inclusive of VAT.
All indication of “hours”, “mileage” & “KM’s” as well as the information contained in the sale catalogue are given as an indication only and are in no way guaranteed.
Buyers have full access to the machines/lots during viewing. They may start the machines, inspect the machines and have them checked over by any one they like. ave will not cancel or exchange a lot after the fall of the hammer. All bids are final.
Lot collection :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made.
Storage charges :
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with ave, all lots remaining on the sale ground 48 hrs after the sale will be subject to a storage fee of 25 euros (excluding VAT) per lot per day. Unless otherwise agreed all lots not removed within the specified time will be considered abandoned.
Lot removal :
Some of the lots will require tools, lifting gear and trolleys, please come prepared and adequatley equiped both in men and equipement.
