Sale :
The sale is judicial. The buyers premium are 14.352 % TTC.
Lot collection :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made.
Storage charges :
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with SCP Laurent Bernard, all lots remaining on the sale ground 48 hrs after the sale will be subject to a storage fee of 25 euros (excluding VAT) per lot per day.
Loading :
The Montesson sale ground does not have a loading ramp.
