How to get there ?
Train : The Rueil-Malmaison RER rail station and then by taxi. A distance of about 3.9km.
Personal transport : Just south of the Mont Valérien fort within the Renault Industrial Estate. Follow the blue arrows "ave - ventes aux enchères".
Parking :
Free parking is available around the sale ground.
Sale :
The sale is held inclusive of VAT.
All indication of “hours”, “mileage” & “KM’s” as well as the information contained in the sale catalogue are given as an indication only and are in no way guaranteed.
Buyers have full access to the machines/lots during viewing. They may start the machines, inspect the machines and have them checked over by any one they like. ave will not cancel or exchange a lot after the fall of the hammer. All bids are final.
An administration and MOT fee of 75 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged on every lot requiring an MOT.
Lot collection :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made. Make sure that you measure your purchased lots, your transport company will ask for the exact dimensions and weight of each lot you ask them to transport.
Storage charges :
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with ave, all lots remaining on the sale ground 48 hrs after the sale will be subject to a storage fee of 25 euros (excluding VAT) per lot per day.
Loading :
The sale ground at the Rueil-Malmason municipal garage does not have a loading ramp.
Loading Fees :
Please check beforehand as to the eventuality of loading fees applicable to your purchased lot(s) and/or ask for quotes.
